The editorial content of the site (manifesto, dossier) is published under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 licence. The site’s source code is published under a free licence — see the public repository for details. The “sovereignty gap” graphic mark and the associated chain motif are also released under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Personal data#

The processing of personal data (declarants, update subscribers) is detailed in the privacy policy.

Cookies and audience measurement#

The site uses a self-hosted audience measurement tool (Matomo) on the publisher’s infrastructure, configured in consent-exempt mode under CNIL ruling no. 2020-091. Concretely:

  • IP address anonymised (last two octets stripped before processing);
  • strictly statistical purpose — no profiling, no resale, no cross-referencing with other processing;
  • audience-measurement cookie set under the site’s domain only, maximum duration 13 months;
  • no third-party cookies, no data transfer outside the European Union;
  • browser Do Not Track setting respected by default.
