Demand shapes supply.

A public list of identified European players and the interest the community has expressed in their transparency.
0 players identified. The absence of a published Profile may mean that the player is not yet aware of the system, that public release is under internal review, or that the player has not yet chosen to commit.

No player is listed yet. The first wave is being curated in the content repository.

Stance

This list records identified European players. No ranking, no score, no label. The public open letter merely makes legible a request that already existed — that of a community taking transparency seriously.

The public signature of the message is the responsibility of whoever clicks. The manifesto indexes published Profiles; it does not keep a pressure register. Prolonged silence is no judgement on our part.

The counter shown for each player aggregates effective action intents — copying the message or clicking to post on a social network. Not the mere opening of the form. A person can only bump a given player’s counter once. No re-identification: only a cryptographic hash is retained.

Open letters and contractual demands reinforce each other. The commitment Require Profiles in tenders describes the contractual route for public and private buyers.
